1. These tickets are valid for travel from 30 March 2011 to 30 March 2012 and all travel must be completed by this date as no extensions are permitted. These tickets will be issued on a positive space basis. Please note that these tickets do not include limousine service and do not incur Skywards points. Travel must commenced by this date. Once issued, the tickets are valid for three (3) months from date of departure.
2. The flights included in the prize are available on a positive space basis (subject to availability) and cannot be used for travel during traditional peak travel periods, embargos or school holidays.
3. All travel between Sydney and Auckland included in the prize is restricted to Emirates flights EK412 and EK413 only.
4. The flights included in the prize do not incur Skywards Miles. The prize, unless stated otherwise, does not include the use of Emirates’ Chauffeur-drive.
5. Emirates Lounge from Australian departure point is included.
6. Any taxes and/or charges imposed by the Australian Government and/or by foreign governments and/or authorities on departing passengers, are payable by the passengers at the time of ticket issuance by cash or cheque.
7. Meals, tips, spending money, transfer fees (other than specified), excess baggage, airport charges, health and travel insurance, visas, and any other personal expenses not specified in the prize package are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid for by the winner.
8. A valid passport and adequate travel insurance is required for all international journeys and must be organised by the winner at his/her own expense.
9. The prize cannot be taken in conjunction with any other Emirates offer.
10. The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
11. The winner(s) must make their own way to Sydney International airport in order to meet their Emirates flight. The prize does not include any cost the winner may incur in travelling to this international airports.
12. All components of the prize must be utilised at the same time, for the same travel dates, to the same destination. Any flights included are valid for travel on Emirates services only, over the specified routing and in the stated class of travel.
13. Emirates accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property during the trip.
14. All bookings must be booked through Emirates directly. The winner needs to present the letter announcing their success when redeeming flight tickets to claim the prize.
15. The winner(s) agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that Emirates will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating photograph/s
16. The competition will close on March 30, 2011 and the winner will be announced in the Winter 2011 issue of Cruise Passenger magazine. Entries will be judged by the publisher of Cruise Passenger magazine
